Terry’s life experience brings a totally different perspective to that of a dietitian with only clinical experience, or a personal trainer who has never lived with obesity for most of their life like Terry has.

What are Terry's Group Mentoring Sessions?
The Group Mentoring Sessions are run weekly to maximise the face-to-face Community Support that everyone loves. The Session format will swap each week, with one week being a Topic based Session, and the next week being a full one hour Open Forum where you can discuss anything you would like.
